Another WIP sub for pico gray revamped

* different border and panel

i like 00 better, just seeing if there's any interest in something like this

* rounded diagonal

no worries, i will have several luna-blue sub styles for those who like the gradient start panel

* early prototype for transparent skins. ill make the start panel, taskbar transparent as well when i finalize everything

(the main reason i went with the tab look was to support transparency)

* made diagonal less rounded to give the illusion of more whitespace
* start panel transparency

i will not go too crazy on transparency (it's not my thing). i'll provide 80% (shown) and 50% transparency
